Grumpy Bear Vintage Care Bears Poseable 3-Inch Figure

This vintage Care Bears toy is Grumpy Bear, he's blue with a blue rain cloud on his tummy and there are pink hearts falling out of the cloud. He has brown eyes and a tuft of blue hair on top of his head. Grumpy Bear is poseable, his arms and legs move and his head can turn.

Grumpy's hair tuft has lost its curl, but that just adds to his grumpy charm. He also has a few paint rubs, as shown in the photos.

The back of his leg is marked "AGC 83."
